How to wear:
1. Open the belt and install the hernia compression pads.
Note: The installation direction of the compression pads must be with the larger end of the compression pads facing downward and the straight edge of the pads facing outward.
2. Please lie supine when wearing, gently push the hernia contents protruding from the hernia ring mouth back into the abdomen, then put on the hernia belt.
3. Press the hernia compression pad against the hernia ring mouth, and then fasten the waist belt.
4. Wrap one end of the two compression straps from the hip to the inside of the thigh (please do not against the scrotum and testis) and secure to the front of the waistband, respectively.
5. Adjust the tightness of the waist belt and two compression straps, ensuring that the compression pads are securely supported and do not move away during physical activity.
